Title: Crashed no CPU Activity

I recently tried to reset my DGS-1248T rev b, but i was unsure of the reset procedure so after quite a few attempts i gave up as i could not access the web admin, then i realised there was no cpu activity, the switch had cpu activity before i tried to reset it!

Now the entire switch does not work, i cant get a IP address from DHCP when im uplinked to my lan side of my gateway, and my cheep switch can, can someone please help?
