When viewing within the network, I cannot access remote viewer or play back option on MS Internet Explorer 11.

Suggestions:

Please update software to include MS IE 11.

Please update browser error message which currently reads as "Your current browser does not support Remote Live Viewer/Remote Playback service. Please try again with Internet Explorer 6.0 or above."

Just added (2014-01-06): Additionally, when I originally attempted to access D-View Cam software, it prompted me to download chinese language pack, which I did NOT. Could this be a problem, as I see listed under

I personally would like this app to function as a windowed application rather than consume the entire desktop monitor. The current approach forces the host PC to act as a dedicated monitoring tool.

Agreed wholeheartedly. Altho i have a dual monitor setup which alleviates it to some degree, it would be nice to not lose use of the whole monitor while the program is up depending on what windows you left open on it.

(3.5.0 currently)

I tried uninstalling v3.30 and moving up to v3.60, but apparently doesn't work with Windows 8; I had to go back to v3.30. The new version puts up an error message "The program must restart to apply a new setting", then the Main Console disconnects from the cameras, quits, and restarts. Repeats over and over. I see from the v3.50 forum that that version had the same problem. Well... it's not fixed yet.

Why does this program need to disable my User Access Control? I cannot run the program with UAC enabled.

As I metioned above, it has something to do with UAC which this program needs disabled.... at your risk of course.

Maybe you can help...
I am using 3.6 on windows 7 32 bit BOTH computers.
On the "Remote Live Viewer" I can only view 1 camera at a time?
