Title: DNS-327L ftp access problem via Google Chrome and Internet Explorer

I just bought DNS-327L nas storage and setting up the ftp server. I was unable to access the ftp server via google chrome nor internet explorer.  However, I am able to access the ftp server via filezilla client application software.

Before this, I had setup the DNS-320 ftp server and able to access the ftp server via google chrome and internet explorer. Can Dlink technical support provide solution to enable access to the ftp server via google chrome or internet explorer?

Hi

Try to put the DNS327L sharename after the IP like:

ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/Sharename/

or

ftp://username@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/Sharename/

if non anonymous ftp
