Hi
i have just registered, and i really need help
i have bough several Dlink camera, DCS5222L, and other model, i have bought the cameras which then found out that some of them have a firmware V1.01 and the others V1.11, however when trying to add the camera to mydlink accound i am always getting an error sign "SIGNINERR004"
called the support center, and after spending an hour with them i have updated the firmware, and yet same issue again!
later on i was told to creat a new account, which i did and the problem still exist,the thing is that all the camera which i bough from one department store works, but all the rest which i ordered from amazon have this error message.
i would appreciate any help.

Hi Alalimh,
My DCS-942L accepted one email address but the 930Ls didn't (signinerr004). By changing the email (creating a new mydlink account), the 930Ls became cloud aware. Probably an error in the installer software.

I did creat a new email, but again, the same thing happened again!

I am facing the same issue with two of my old DCS-932L and the new DCS 5010L. its seems two different types of camera cant be consolidated in one my dlink account.
i hope Dlink fixes this issue immediately

DCS-5222LB1-similar problem with the camera, a solution to the problem? Error code: SIGNINERR004 (I have 2 more DCS-5222L-all ok, no such problems)

SIGNINERR004 me to guys, i send one email to support, i did try since hours, with mobile and pc always SIGNINERR004
I think that 2 cameras the same models dont works, dlink should be aware about that, shame on them
