Greetings,
I have a DIR 655 with DHCP enabled. Every single device in the house works (wirelessly and wired) with the exception of my GF's Macbook Pro.
I plug it into a port, get a light, see it in the router's list of connected lan.asp devices. yet when I try to go out from the macbook pro to the internet it just fails.
everything else in the house works.. anyone have an idea? I've gone through apple and they cannot seem to fix it. Said it was my router. I made a new location and ethernet entry in my OSX settings.. running out of ideas and I really want my GF's old 802.11G wireless device OFF the network so I can run pure N-Wireless.
Thank you

What OSX version?
Ensure you are clearing any networking configurations on the Mac.
Ensure DNS address(s) is being filled in under netorking on the Mac. If DNS relay is enabled on the router, 192.168.0.1 should be under DNS.
Does the Mac connect via WiFi?
Setup a IP reservation for all devices on the router.
