This camera worked fine, until I moved to a new room. I tried reseting thru the pin hole with a paper clip on the back of the camera, both lights stay on now matter what I do, any suggestions? thanks

If you connect the DCS-930L to your LAN via Ethernet, can you access the web UI using the camera IP address using a web browser on a PC located on the same LAN?

no im not able to log in using the camera ip number
