Router was purchased via Amazon in Canada.
FW update has bricked router to "Firmware Upgrade System" page.
H/W Ver B1 F/W Ver 2.00NA
Have followed FW update instruction and Recovery both unsuccessful.
Shipping FW and Current FW were both tested with FF on a static IP.

- What region are you located?
Did you use the auto check FW upgrade with in the router instead of sending the FW .bin file down manually?
What browser did you use to manage the router?
Where you wired or wireless device connected to the router when you upgraded?
The following is recommended for doing any FW updates:
FW Update Process (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=42457.0)
Did you follow this for doing the Recover mode using IE Or FF??
Emergency Recovery Mode (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=44909.0)

Not in Canada to confirm?
Did you use the auto check FW upgrade with in the router or did you send the FW .bin file down manually after downloading it?
Did you ensure that you unpacked the .zip file?
Was any of this enabled?
3rd Party Security Software Configurations
- Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.
Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?

Ok, it seems we are seeing another user with this same problem.
I've asked D-Link USA to review this. I presume that D-Link Canada needs to review your situation as well. I recommend phone contacting D-Link Canada support and ask for level 2 or higher support.
If it get any information back I'll post it.
Please let us know what happens with D-Link Canada.
