Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router. Besure to log into the Admin account on the router.

Router Placement
Forum User - "Well I feel really dumb. After moving the router away from other electronic devices my speeds are back to normal. Just a heads up for anyone experiencing slow speeds, you might want to move it away from other electronics and see if that helps."
6" minimum safe distance between devices.

3rd Party Security Software Configurations

Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection

You can review this for PS set up in QoS and how to set up Reserved IP addresses for ALL devices ON the router:

Ok, you should set up reserved IP addresses for each device, one at a time.

Best way to be to turn them ALL off cept for one wired LAN PC. Set that one up first.
Then turn on the next device and reserve it. Keep graduating this until all devices are reserved.

Not a bridge...

You can review this and see if it helps any on reserving IP addresses:

Look at the Setting up a Reserved IP Address for your device section

Glad you got it working better.

You'll need to refer to the printers Mfr support site and information on how to set up the printer based on its supported features. If the has any networking supported features then it will appear in the same location as an IP address so you can reserve it.

I recommend doing a search on MS web site on how to share folders. It can be done. In most cases, the work group name needs to be the same for all PCs and then share out a particular folder that you need shared.
