Hi,
I having problems with the DIR-825 router, the issue is that the LAN to LAN (LAN ports 1 to 4) traffic is very slow (0-3MBytes/s). I've already reset the factory settings multiple times and tested the traffic with default settings but it still does this.
Currently the speed from my computer to the DNS-323 NAS is around 0.5 to 2MByte/s. When I connect the computer straight to the DNS-323 the speed is around 18MBytes/s so the issue is with the DIR-825. Is this configuration issue? Even if I remove the WAN cable the slow speed remains and WAN statistics counter is rising simultaneously with the LAN counter.
All the cables are CAT5e and links are 1Gbit/s
Edit: Traffic from WLAN to LAN is also very slow and practically the whole network is unusable. :(
Router: DIR-825
Hardware Version: B1
Firmware Version: 2.00EU
Regards,
Sage

It seems that some of my cat5e cables are not good enough for 1Gbit/s network. Just changed the one cable that goes from my main computer to the DIR-825 to cat6 cable and the speed between two machines in the network was over 30MBytes/s.
I think I'm going to buy cat6 S-FTP cables so that I could be pretty sure that the cables are not causing problems. ;D

Not sure it has 2 antenna aerial so this is not very helpful as he lost the packaging and i have no idea how to find out. When his computer is off it is still really really slow. Is it still dropping out ?
