Title: Which IP cameras can really set the WIFI channel

I posted about a certain camera where I set the WIFI channel but was able to connect to it on another channel,  so I'm wondering if ALL cameras are like that.  Does anyone know?

I think some  scan the band for a strong signal,  so it could change once in a while with MWing the food or a phone call.
