- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
- Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
- What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
- What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
- What ISP Modem service link speeds UP and Down do you have?
Please review this for XBL:
Gaming and QoS for XBL (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=42011.0)

Hardware B1
Firmware 2.02
Ottawa Canada
Wireless
Rogers Cable
Hitron CGN2-ROG (Only used as modem, disabled all router function - issues with my VOIP setup - hence why I got the DIR-605L
Speedtest - 30Mb Down, 2.25 Mb Up, 12ms Ping
I looked at the Gaming and QoS for XBL, what is the "cumputer name" for XBox on DHCP list? I do not see it, although I have 2 devices with only IP addresses (one is my Grandstream HT286 VOIP ATA)

How is the VoIP device connected? Is this between the ISP modem and the 605L router?
The name of the xbox will be Uknown to in the list if you haven't give a host name on the xbox under settings/Configurations/2nd tab over. You'll see a place where you can give a host name in the xbox settings...
FYI, having wireless ISP may not be idea or recommended for xbox gaming. Seen various issue and lag conditions with wireless ISPs.
