Title: How do I stop the mydlink service on my router?

I have a 865L router that is currently enabled for mydlink service.  I don't need this feature and want to turn it off.

Can someone advise me on how I can switch off this service? Is there an option for this or would doing a "factory reset" help accomplish this?

• What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
• What region are you located?

Just removed the device from the mydlink.com web page...

I did a factory reset and it got resolved
