Hi everyone.
I'm here to report a problem when accessing my 327L from mydlink website.
Apparently, my problem is the same experienced from some other guys with DNS-320L, here is the forum link: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=52192.0 (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=52192.0).
For short: I can access the NAS through the Android App, using the web interface when connected to the LAN or mounting it as a network drive.
When logging in to the website I can see the device as found, with the green tick over it, but I cannot manage to reach its web interface; it hangs saying "Connecting to your DLink-SC" and after a while it says "Unable to access your DLink-SC."
I tried at home/work with Chrome/Firefox on Windows and Ubuntu. I tried to update the firmware, but nothing changed. Looking at the administration interface, there is a message which says that the NAS is correctly connected to a mydlink account.
The strange point is that the web access worked for some months; it stopped working only some weeks ago, altough I did not change any configuration of the DNS-327L or of the router (a DSL-2740B).
Thank you for your support.

Have you tried IE? Did you recently perform a Java update?

Yes and yes.
I am using Java 7 update 51 and the latest browsers versions.

Did the recommendations in the " IE11 Not Fully Compatible. . ." thread help at all? Did you try an alternative browser?

Yes. As I said, IE was just a last attempt after Chrome and Firefox.
Also, I wrongly said that I am using the lastest browsers versions, which is true only for Chrome/Firefox, because I am using IE9.

Maybe I solved the problem.
I think its a router problem.
I am using a DSL-2740B and yesterday I noticed in the DNS-327L web interface that it could not find any UPnP router. This morning I rebooted the router and now everything works again.
Maybe the router got stuck someway (I know its not a too good model, I'm going to change it). I'll try to further investigate to help other users what was causing it.
