HI, good morning
Today I update the modem, the process has stopped in the middle, tried to repeat the process but without success, Lan interface has stopped working and useless from the reset button , the router has dead, just power led and internet led powered on, and no any action done.
Is there any solution?

you must update a wrong FW
pls try to do
1 set you pc ip as 192.168.10,
2 hold on reset ,turn on power, 15s later ,unlash resetkey
3 open 192.168.1.1 onyour ie
if you can see the update web ,you can update a correct FW
if not, maybe you upade a wrong cfe , you 'd get a TTL or promgermer to reflash a FW into flash chip

- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.

- What region are you located?

3rd Party Security Software Configurations
- Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.
- Turn off all devices accept for one wired LAN PC while testing.
- Disable any downloading client software managers, i.e. Torrents or similar.

Firmware: RU_201
My Location : Egypt

im tryed this solution but no succsess

You'll need to phone contact your regional D-Link support office and have them help you. Ask for an RMA.
