Title: Incompatibility of 933L wifi camera with iPad and Belkin Wemo switch
Post by: dallaire8 on March 08, 2014, 07:12:18 AM
Hello,

When my 933L wifi camera is ON, I cannot use my iPad (no wifi connection) and my Wemo switch, close to the camera, is no more in contact with the router. As soon I disconnect it, both iPad and Wemo switch go to normal behaviour.

Anybody experienced such problem and, if any, what is the solution?

Thank you

Is the DCS-933L WiFi range extender enabled or disabled? Log into the web UI and navigate to SETUP > Extender Setup > EXTENDED WIRELESS SETUP SETTINGS > Enable Extender Mode. If the Extender mode is enabled, then try unchecking the box and press Save Settings.

Glad I could help. There was at least one other user a while back that reported similar behavior with his router while WiFi range extender was enabled.
