Title: Not emailing Video, only emailing snapshots

I've got Video and Snapshots selected for email alerts on the 192. website, this was working ok previously but now it won't email video even though it is selected. The snapshots are still coming through. I have Motion Detection selected.

Correct I had the same settings for 3 months(email video on motion and email snapshots on motion), but suddenly the video isn't coming through by email. The snapshots are still coming through by email though.
I haven't changed anything and the video option(Setup->Email) is still ticked on the 196.. website.

Post by: JavaLawyer on April 23, 2014, 04:30:29 AM: Did you recently upgrade your firmware? Briefly switching this topic to the DCS-942L, the latest firmware for that camera model has email notification issues.

My 942L works without any issues. My 5010L will only send video to email for a few days after I re-install the camera software, then a few days later, the video to email stops. Since my camera is rather inaccessible it's a hassle to try and re-install the software all the time.

I used to get an email for video and another email for snapshots, both on motion. Now the only email I get is the one with the snapshots and I don't get the email for video notifications at all.
