Title: "Click here to download the NCS Plug-in...."

"Click here to download the NCS Plug-in, and install it on your computer. Then restart your browser to view the video."

I get the above error with the 192. website. When I click to install it, says I have it already installed. I am using Mozilla Firefox 27.0.1 and Windows 8. When I use IE version 10 I have no issues but I prefer using Firefox so would be good if I could get it to work.

Working now after latest firmware update :)
