Title: How can I record smooth H.264 720p video at 30 FPS?

I just bought DCS-2332L and I'm not impressed with its recording quality at 1280x800 or 1280x720.

If I choose to record H.264 video at 30 FPS, the resulting video would show stutter and lost frames when playback.

If I choose to record MPEG4 video at 30 FPS, the resulting video has smooth playback but video quality is not as good as H.264.

Is DCS-2332L not powerful enough to achieve the advertised H.264 720p video at 30 FPS?
