I have a brand new DNR-322L with two 2 TB Caviar Red disks. Connected is two DCS-2131L cameras.
The cameras record fine to SD, and also to the Survelience Center in a D-Link DNS-325. I replaced the DNS-325 with a DNR-322L, but can't get recording to work. I have live streams, cameras connected OK.
I've tried both motion, and constant recording, but there is nothing recorded when I go to the DateTime Search Dialog in Playback on the DNR-322L. Any idea whats wrong, and how to fix it?
Have tried Chrome, FF, and IE11. I'm running Java 7.51. Firmware in the DNR-322L is 2.00. Firmware in the DCS-2132L is 1.02.

Have you read these two posts:

Hi,
Don't think its related to these issues, I have tried IE 11 in compatibility mode. Still nothing is recorded in motion or always record mode.
Have tried saving new motion detection areas on mydlink.com, and it saves OK.

I use the DCS2132L as well and had a similar problem of the cameras not being able to record. I solved it by removing all the cameras in 'Setup' and searching for them again. As each cam was detected, the recording to the DNR-322L started by itself. To date, my record button is still grayed out though; am still waiting for the touted new firmware :(
I understand your problem appears to be a little different as in the recording did not begin from the onset of your switching to the DNR-322L from your DNS-325. My recording was ok until I was fiddling with the motion detect functions, which incidentally works fine on local recording to a SD card but not to the DNR-322L.

I have the same problem with my DCS-2310L.
My DCS2132L cameras will talk fine, but the DCS-2310L cameras are not talking to my DNR-322L.
The firmware on the DNR-322L is DLINK_DNR-322.2.00b07(2.07.1015.2013). The firmware on the DCS-2310Ls is 1.01.10.
Any ideas what I should be checking or fixing to make this work again?
