Title: Time synchronization
Post by: samob on June 06, 2009, 02:19:35 AM
Hi!

I'm wondering how to enter my own time servers. I was searching a bit on forum, but didn't find any related posts.
I thought to enter name of time server in "Objects" - Address book - interfaces, but that allows me only numeric entries. I wonder if it is possible to enter a name like 1.si.pool.ntp.org?

Best regards!

Samo

Try following the below FAQ, depending on firmware version you may be able to make it as an address book entry or you may need to enter it directly into the drop down where you want to use the time server.

And as a reminder, remember to ensure the DFL's DNS servers are set after this.
