Title: DIR 628 cannot navigate menu options

I have a DIR 628 Firm 1.22NA Hardware A2.

After I enter the password, when I click on any option noting happens.

I am using  WIN8.1 and IE11.  I do get a message when I enter my password that the browser is OLD.

Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection

I use IE 11.  I tried some of your suggestions and still cannot select anything.

Did you add the routers IP address to the Compatibility mode exceptions list?

Try FF as a test to see if you have the same problem...

I added the router IP address.

I am not sure what you mean by "FF".

I added the IP address to the Compatibility list.  Now I can access the menus.
