Title: dir 865L facebook wifi set up?

Are you using the 865L in Router or Bridge mode?

• What region are you located?
• Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
• Has a Factory Reset (http://blog.dlink.com/what-is-a-reset-button-when-should-i-use-it) been performed?
• Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?

• Was the router working before any firmware updates?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

• What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
• What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
• Is ISP Modem/Service using Dynamic or Static WAN IP addressing?
• What ISP Modem service link speeds UP and Down do you have?

Please be patient while we gain information and resources on this...

From what information I got from D-Link, this is a new feature and is still being tested by FB.

There will be a FW upgrade that will need to be done with the 865L. This is a DIR-865L only feature not seen on any other model router.

Keep checking the main web site for FW update information regarding FB WiFi.

If you need more information beyond this, please phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information.
