Hello!
My problem is the following.
I set up the 932l, and everything looks ok. The camera is connected with Ethernet to the network, the green light is on, and the camera is registered to mydlink.com
The problem is that when I try to connect to the camera with my mobile phone, or with a browser, the led of the camera turns red, I see no video, and I hear a relais sound.
Odd thing is that when I m not trying to access the camera, everything is back to normal and the front led turns green.
Any suggestions?

. . . I hear a relais sound.. . .
Please elaborate? (relais?) ???

The tick tick sound the shutter makes when goes from day to night mode, or when the camera boots!:)

Have you ever used this camera before or are you setting up for the first time?
Can you view the live feed by entering the IP address of the DCS-932L in a browser on the same LAN as the camera?

Unfortunately, I can't.
The front led turns red when I am trying to access the camera locally with a browser, or sometimes rapidly flashes green.
When I stop try to access the camera, everything goes back to normal, with the front led turning steadily green.

Also, it is not the first time I am using the camera. Used to work fine, but suddenly stopped working. Maybe a firmware downgrade will help?
-
Try performing a factory reset. The link to the procedure is located in the following post: Network Cameras - Important Posts & Information (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58121.0)

I have done that, several times, but the problem remains..
-
What firmware version are you using? Did this issue start when you upgraded to a particular firmware version?
-
I am using the latest firmware version, 1.08b.
I can't remember if the problem started, after I upgraded the firmware since I ve done all the firmware updates after the 1.04 I think that was the original that the camera came out if the box.
Is there any way to downgrade the firmware version ?

- You can find the historical firmware on the D-Link USA FTP site or D-Link Taiwan Download site (this site will contain a more complete firmware version history). Both links can be found here: Network Cameras - Important Posts & Information (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58121.0)

When trying to connect, sometimes, but not always, I get the following :
"The connection to the device was lost. Please try again. (0.70_0_2_7_2)"
Any idea what the error code means?

I made a query to D-Link to see if they can provide a error code definition table and will post back if I have anything new to share.
