Title: Remote access to username.mydlinkcloud.com isn't working

I need some help on getting this going. I have the app installed and I believe it running. I noticed that the Relay feature was disabled so I enabled it and rebooted the DNS. Now it's enabled and the connection status is ONLine now. Still no access from the WAN side.

Thoughts?  ???

If you log into the DNS-345 web UI, does the mydlink Cloud icon appear under the "Enabled Add Ons" table under Applications.
What happens when you left click on the mydlink Cloud icon from within the DNS-345 web UI?

Yes it's installed and enabled...when I select it I get a log in, I log in with my user name and PW, then it takes me to the MDL explorer window and what kind of things I can do and share out.
