Hi Guys,
New to the forum and somewhat new to having a IP camera.
I know this camera has DI/DO ports which you can attach an PIR sensor to, Can anyone recommend a sensor or have a look at the link below and let me know if this is what I am looking for?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Here is some info on PIR sensors, for the DCS-7010L, you need a digital ouput signal typically 5V.

Hi,
Thanks for your post.
I had already looked at that site and understand how a PIR sensor works, Obviously a home made sensor would add little to no value as its detection range is limited, I was wondering is anyone had/is going to buy a 3rd party PIR sensor that could point me in the correct direction as in make/specification.
Thanks
