Title: My 5222L upgrade fail

My 5222L upgrade fail and now just the power led is on, the green on isnt, i cant use my camera. any help??

i tried to press the reset beside the sd card slot there is reset button but nothing happens

Hi! i already did that man! But, wait, How can i know if its already reset to factory settings?
i already press the reset button for 10seconds, and nothing happens.

After you perform the factory reset. Connect the DCS-5222L to your router via a wired connection and run the setup Wizard app to reconfigure the device.

I already reset it. And the green light wont really turn on. hmmmmmmmm??

What happened when you ran the Setup Wizard again?

when i ran the set up wizard it will just tell me to plug the ethernet cable, then power, then plug to router , then last "green light", and my green light would just not turn on.

only the red power light is there.

I can't continue the set up wizard, because the last step is "solid green light" and my camera is just on "solid red light" only..

i tried to continue the set up even its not "solid green light" but "no cloud camera found"
