Hi
I have dynamic dns setup on one my cameras. It works ok, but it seems to take some hours to trigger an update of my IP address. Hence for the period of time when the DNS hasn't been updated to reflect my new IP i can't connect to my camera. This is a problem, especially given the camera is located in another country !
I use DYNDNS. It works ok for my other cameras although they use a different ISP and i think the IP doesn't change that much.
Any thoughts?

Perhaps try a different dynamic DNS? Like D-Link's? That's the one I use for these cameras and it seems to be fine.

Thanks. I managed to get around it by configuring the router to update the DNS rather than the camera.

It's always best practice to let the router perform as much of the network management as possible, including all of the seemingly smaller network options available on child peripherals (e.g. IP address management, DNS, etc.)
