Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router. Besure to log into the Admin account on the router.

Mine works well...However I use Manual DNS with DNS relay OFF and NTP server for time...

the DNS servers that the router "pull in" are not even close to charters DNS addresses here. so i called charter and got them from them and inputted them manually. a lot less problems so far. had to set router to a different time zone to get time right cuz its still not pulling in correct time

Is there a model # for the Arris modem? Just checking to see if it's a stand alone modem or not...

Seen many issues with Arris modem, the non motorola ones...
