Title: DSL-3580L - NAT timeout
Post by: Ge1983 on April 07, 2014, 03:44:54 AM
Hello support team,

We bought a DSL-3580L (version EU_1.00, region EU) router and connected some IP phones.
The problem is, that the connection is gone after approx. 60 seconds. Our provider said that the NAT timeout setting is not correct, but there is no option to change it.
Is it somehow possible to change the timeout with telnet?

Further question: There is a new version, EU_1.01. Will all settings be gone if I update the new firmware?

Thanks a lot and best regards!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Please follow this for doing any FW updates:

Yes, settings will be erased so be sure to safe a modem configuration to file for back up.
