Title: DSL 2750U - suporte user password

In DSL 2750U router ( firmware version - IN_1.10 ) settings page, under Management->AccessControl->Password, there is a line like 'The user name suporte is used to allow an ISP technician to access your Broadband Router for maintenance and to run diagnostics.'

But I am not able to login as suporte user. I tried combinations of suporte/support for username/password. But none worked.

I have searched the 2750U manual. Searched internet (http://goo.gl/FuAejl) and this forum (http://goo.gl/VvHdSK) itself. But none useful. Any suggestions ?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and get immediate help and information on this. We find that phone support has more immediate results rather than using email.
