How can I tell who connected when and see what they did?

You can view a history of login attempts by logging into DNS-345 web UI and navigating to Management > System Management > Logs. Unfortunately, the DNS-345 does not log user activity per se, but does have the ability to report against the discrete set of system events found here: Management > System Management > Notifications
