Just purchased a Dir 625, after pppoe setup to my DSL modem the status window only show trying to connect then times out and begins again. I spend 2 hr with Dlink support(What a FARCE that is) ended up returning the unit and getting the second one. Started over again, same results I have tried many different things but have come up empty on all counts.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had some trouble when I first got my new D-Link router and it turned out that my ISP (Primus Canada) hadn't updated the MAC address in their system correctly. Could that be your issue? I don't know how many ISPs need to know the MAC address of a user's router/computer...
