What Hardware version is my router?
-It's B1
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
-2.03
What country I'm located?
-India
I bought this router last week and I'm unable to find QoS engine neither the WMM option to check or unchek.
I have 1mbps broadband connection and there are 2 cellphones and 3 systems on my network.
The problem is when one of us start downloading something on torrent the all speed of 1mbps goes to him. We can't even surf the internet that moment. Once downloading is stopped or finished thing comes back to track.
In my previous belkin router it never happened.
All I want to share bandwidth smartly and automatically like my previous router, so we all can use the internet without any problems.
Thanks

Some lower end routers may not have customizable QoS options or features.
I recommend that you get into a DIR series router starting with the DIR-626 or DIR-810L series and UP class models that have customizable QoS so you can prioritize the devices using this link as an example:

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email. Ask them specifically which DIR model has customizable QoS features.

What is that traffic control option? How to use it? My previous router also doesn't have the customised QoS. But it never allowed someone to eat whole bandwidth. It can't be possible in this router?
I have 1mbps internet plan and I don't want that whole bandwidth delivered to someone and other only can wait to finish that download.

Traffic Control could help you as well. Please review the user manual for information regarding that feature...
