Title: Horrible quality since last firmware

Since the last firmware update my DCS-5020L quality is awful. Everything is completely blurry, frame rate is awful, just really disappointed. It was not like this until the firmware update.

Any suggestions?

You can regress to the prior firmware version and see if the performance improves.

Unfortunately, D-Link does not openly publish their firmware release roadmap.
Were you able to successfully install an earlier iteration of the firmware? Did the older version help?

Have you tried the focus ring on the camera....I had the same problem and I think when I did the update I must have moved the focus ring.....
