Title: Cant access the camera remotely

I bought this camera a week ago. It had the latest firmware already installed. Once the unit is power up I can connect with not issues. Once I logoff and try again can't connect. I have to power down the unit and even then allows me to connect once and the same problem again. What is going on..This is a very simple configuration..

Any help will be appreciated.

You may want to try reserving an IP address in your router for the DCS-825L.
