Title: Options when motion spotlight (home) turns on...
Post by: taymag on May 20, 2014, 08:36:20 PM
When my motion detector spotlight on my home turns on the camera is pointing in the same place which pretty much whites out the whole facial recognition. What are my options here? If the night vision wasn't on I assume the picture would capture correctly but that cant be the case since it is night time and I would not get night footage then. Any ideas?

Log into the DCS-932L web UI and navigate to SETUP > Image Setup > IMAGE Settings. Is Enable Anti Flicker selected? If so, try unchecking and save the settings.
