Hi there,
I'm new here.
I purchased an DCS 942L a few days ago. I like this cam.
There's a little problem for me. Can I extend the time for the Video Clip, 10 sec is a bit too less. On sd card i have 60secs video time, this is OK, but uncomortable for me to check outside my lan.
My NAS is the FTP target an i have secure access to this all over the world.
so my question, can i access the video clip ftp time on the DCS?
Where could i change that parameters? On the cam itself (telnet) ?
Wo could help me?
aah, is there an alternative firmware, like DD-WRT?
gruss

Unlikely. My 2132l has 13 second ftp video clip.
My 2230 has 3 minute video files to SD for 24x7.
2230 has 100 seconds Max duration but Max of 5000 kbytes which is pathetic at HD levels. Would need to tone down to poor video quality and very low fps to get that.
Motion detection to SD card video files is bigger on the cams.
