Title: Invalid Subnet Mask
Post by: kzh.light on May 27, 2014, 09:14:53 PM
Hi, I'm trying to change the default subnet mask from 255.255.255.0 to 10.10.10.0 of Router D-Link D600B5. The router says "Invalid Subnet Mask". Is it possible to change the subnet mask and what I'm doing wrong?

No, thats not possible.

I recommend keeping 255.255.255.0 as the default SNM.

Search the internet on how to set up SNM...usually doesn't need any other configuration. It's kind of particular on how it's configured.

Good Luck.
