I did have the latest version 3.6, and also have the operating system windows 7 and windows 8.1 (I tried both). Decreased the resolution from 1080p to the lowest resolution which did not resolved the issue.
Also disabled the UAC manually from the control panel and from the registry then attempted a restart for hte computer for the changes to take effect and still did not made any changes. Running it as compatibility through it's external property then running it as administrator (Although I am the Administrator of the 2 seperate computers) still did not make any changes. Re-installation became possible however did not work either.
NOTE: My windows 7 and windows 8.1 are 2 different computers they are not installed on the same computer.
Will there still be a different way for this?

Any status on this issue? Would be better if this could be escalated to Dlink if this is getting to be a
common issue from others. >.<

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
