Title: Unable to login after firmware update
Post by: pyprism on June 07, 2014, 05:55:45 AM
Recently I upgrade the firmware from v2.00 to 2.04 . Then I reset the router and setup from scratch . Now I am unable to login and  I am sure that my password is correct . I am getting this message " Please input the User Name " .Here is my screenshot http://imgur.com/HjVduYM

After resetting the router the default PW will be blank. If you input a new PW in while setting up from scratch and saved the setting it should be the same as what you used.

Finally I have figured out that google chrome doesn't take hidden value as input so when you login from chrome it shows the message. Thats why I use firefox for login . Problem solved .  ;)

Glad you figured it out. I tent not to use Chrome a lot. IE or FF mostly for managing and FW updates on routers is recommended.

Enjoy.  ;)
