Title: running both N and G wireless
Post by: jswartz714 on June 13, 2009, 03:06:35 PM
router is a d- link 615.
I would like to hook up a philips ****to rfx9400(RF/wifi remote extender) to my 615.

Would like to use current laptop using "N" (plan on using usb adaptor)and seeing as the RF/wifi extender runs on "G".. is there going to be a problem running both, "G" and "N" on this router???

thank you, ive been searching for this info for days.

I use both G and N on my router so I can connect all my laptops (all wireless N) and my Blackberry Bold (wireless G).

I really have never had any issues other than the range of the Blackberry.

There should no problem at all, but do not expect to have an N connection from a G extender.
