Hi,
Currently preparing to add new DGS-3620-28PC Gigabit Ethernet switch to existing network (several VLANs, single windows DHCP server serving all VLANS).
Enabled DHCP relay. Client machines behind the DGS-3620-28PC switch are not getting IP from Windows DHCP server.
Connectivity is OK if client machine is configured with static IP. Trunk is working.
Can please someone indicate what I may be missing?
Thanks.

Hi, sjhingoor
1. Update the firmware on your DGS-3620-28PC to the latest available version;
2. Show your network topology, ip/subnets/gw/vlans of devices;
3. Show vlans and dhcp relay configuration of DGS-3620-28PC.
# show config current_config include " vlan "
# show config current_config include "dhcp_relay"
# show dhcp_relay
# show ipif
