Title: Defaults to factory settings (Internal Battery Issue?)

I have 2xDCS-932L that are both resetting to factory defaults once unplugged and moved to new locations.
Is there an internal battery that may need to be replaced?
These are only 2 years old, the other 2 do not have this issue.

Please help?

DCS-932L doesn't build in the internal battery.
