Title: Why does d-link have a a pair of different model numbers on each camera ?
Post by: MacUser on June 24, 2014, 11:33:53 PM
For example, the Cloud Camera 2350 is the DCS-2332L.

Why not just have, for example, just the DCS-2332L ?      Having two numbers is confusing and unnecessary.

In the alternative, label the Cloud Camera 2350 as a model DCS-2350L.

I've wondered myself, but never bothered asking why. . .  :-\
