Title: Will not play images on sd card??. JUST SPINS??.

Hello. I have the dcs 2330 cams. Before the update, I was only able to get a live view (plus snapshots emailed to me when there is motion.) now when I am in local mode, the option comes up to see video that is potentially stored on the SD card, but when you hit the video, it just says null and keeps loading. It happens with this app and the dlink+ app. Any suggestions?? Also one of my cameras is saving video in JPEG and mp4. How do I get the cam to just save video in mp4? Thanks for any feedback!!!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
