Other than pulling power, is there a way to kick an active user with multiple simultaneous logons from the same IP off the cam ?

Rebooting doesn't do it.

They are viewing the cam via a website I built around the cam's applet, but I suspect that rather than closing the browser when done they minimize it and open a new one at the next visit. So, ultimately, they're hugging the cam with several live feed requests which slows down or prevents other users' access. I seem to remember reading the cam can only support so many ( seven ?) simultaneous live feeds.
I'm looking into ways to perhaps put a counter into my website code to redirect users to some other website (empty page, or a "Thank U 4 Visiting") after a set number of minutes. Unfortunately, I'm not overly proficient in html/javascript.

Easy, check "USER LIST". Blank = no users !!

Oh, found a solution : In the router (DIR-600L) simply add (deny) the offender's WAN and the cam's LAN addresses under FIREWALL RULES (Advanced tab). Works fine for static IPs (cable), slightly more work for dynamic IP, but the offender quickly gets the message.
