Post by: nasreen on June 30, 2014, 06:31:36 AM
Hi All,

I have bought DWR-730 MOBILE ROUTER. It worked well for few weeks and after that It shows limited connectivity. On troubleshoot we get "DNS Server is not responding".

Tried to google the problem and also reset the settings on router too :(. Nothing worked.

Any suggestion what to do???

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Hello,

I bought DWR-730 very recently, but could not find support for WPA2-enterprise. Is there a firmware upgrade to support WPA2-Enterprise in DWR-730 or else suggest any 3G router for WPA-2 Enterprise.

Thanks,
Gaurav

Hi to everyone

I think this is good idea to make a new firmware for this device and remove the wallpaper as background.
The size of this picture is very large and reduce the speed of opening DWR-730 config pages.

PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.

No problem in function. I just suggest you to remove or replace the "bg_earth.jpg" file with a smaller pic. Im talkning about UI experience. :)

This would need to be taken up with your regional D-Link support office as this model product is not marketed here in the USA.
Thank you.
