hi all, I have my fans set to off/low/high however in my office (sometimes warm but often not) I notice that the fan is almost always running. It does sometimes shut off but it seems very rare. Am I missing something on the setup page?

I have a similar problem. The fan of my DNS-320L goes on almost exactly every hour for about half an hour. Because i Have a weather station with noise sensor right next to the NAS I can see it on a graph. It looks funny but its really annoying. This happens day and night even when there is no access to the NAS. Any Idea? I know its summer and the station has to cool down but that much?

I would also be interested in the answer to this problem, the fan on my 320l seems to be constantly on high and very noisey. This has been the case for months now, not sure why it suddenly started to my knowledge I haven't updated the software.

Don't expect much.. D-Link don't care about 320 owners... They released new products.

it's hot outside, the fans do knock off but if the room temp is 20+ you won't have the fans switch off.

Since the latest firmware upgrade my 320l seems much quieter!! Still may be too early to say but I think they may have solved the problem. Anyone else had similar results after the latest update?
