Got a question can I add a camera to my account but that's on a diffrent network?

Yes. There is no requirement that any of the D-Link Cloud devices have to be part of the same LAN to be added to the same mydlink account. I personally have mydlink Cloud devices on three different LANs all associated to one mydlink account.
