Title: Video motion detection not working
Post by: spyeye on July 22, 2014, 11:18:26 AM
I have bought one of this cameras recently, but I cannot get the motion detection to work.
I did upgraded to the latest firmware (1.01.04) and did a factory reset.

I'm trying to have the camera upload 1 pre event image to either ftp server or a share.
If I change the trigger to periodic I get the image uploaded.

Any ideas what I can try next?

Have you tried getting it to email you images? That is how mine is configured. Do not know how to set up FTP or share.

Try without special characters in your username and password.
Be sure to get the leading folder name correct. Sometimes you need a / at the end. Usually don't at the beginning.

Email not working either. As long as I select video motion as the trigger.

What did you do to configure the motion detection?
